Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Policy
The company Mejoras, Servicios y Proyectos Integrales S.A.U. (hereinafter, MESPISA) dedicated to the provision of gardening services (Ibiza Green) and sale and installation of street furniture (Decópolis), establishes a commitment to its stakeholders, customers and users as a frame of reference in compliance with the provisions of the standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018.
The organization provides all services following a philosophy of execution with the objective of achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction, commitment to the environment and ensuring extreme care in the safety and health at work of personnel and facilities.
Senior Management establishes, implements and maintains as a basis in its policy the responsibility and commitment to comply with the applicable requirements, as well as the commitment to continuous improvement in the services provided to improve performance, taking into account the following pillars:
- To provide customers and users with services that, within the framework of the contracts and agreements entered into, meet their needs and expectations, while being developed in a manner that is safe for people and respectful of the environment.
- Actively collaborate with customers in the continuous improvement of services and their image, complying with the agreed requirements.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and other requirements related to environmental aspects and worker health and safety.
- Promote and adopt relevant measures to ensure environmental protection through pollution prevention, sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change and environmental protection, as well as to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.
- Plan the services and activities to be developed by the organization considering environmental, quality and occupational health and safety criteria.
- Facilitate fluid communication with all stakeholders.
- To provide our workers, with regard to the risks associated with our activity, with all necessary means of protection and safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and deterioration of health.
- To provide all necessary mechanisms, time, training and resources to employees and to maintain a strong commitment to employee consultation and participation.
- To carry out the actions planned for the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system, as well as its performance.
- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all areas and services provided, in order to keep MESPISA as a reference company in the Balearic Islands.
